Bmark Energy was founded in 1993, when natural gas was $2.00/MMBtu and deregulation had just begun in California.
Due to reduced interstate pipeline charges, we showed hundreds of companies a 20+% savings off utility pricing and helped push deregulation forward.
Since then we’ve helped break the utility-only grip on energy purchasing with our more competitive approach at the Deregulation Energy Center.

Robert Kramb, one of the principals and president of Bmark Energy has over 25 years of utility experience (12 years previous employment with Sempra Energy and 13 years of energy supply purchasing experience with Bmark Energy), holds a Bachelor of Business degree from National University, and is Certified as an Energy Procurement Professional (CEP) by the Association of Energy Engineers.
